Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR)

1. Nature of ADR

ADR refers to methods of resolving disputes outside the formal court system - generally faster, less costly, more flexible, and often less adversarial than litigation. The Constitution promotes ADR, including traditional dispute resolution mechanisms, as a route to justice.
