Does one payment cover two children?No — subscriptions are per level, and each learner sits one level. Two children in different classes need two.
What happens when it expires?Reading stops at the free tier. Nothing is deleted — progress and past results stay, and renewing opens everything again.
I paid but nothing opened.M-Pesa confirmations can lag a minute or two. If it's still locked after that, send us the transaction code and we'll fix it.
