Summary
The Legislature is the arm of government that makes, amends and repeals laws. Kenya's Parliament is bicameral: the National Assembly of 349 members representing the people, and the Senate of 67 members representing the counties. Parliament is supreme in law-making but is limited by the Constitution, which is itself supreme.
