Summary
The Executive implements and enforces the law. It consists of the President, the Deputy President, the Cabinet and the Public Service. The President is Head of State and Government and Commander-in-Chief, elected for a maximum of two five-year terms, and his powers are checked by Parliament, the courts and the Constitution.
