Summary

The Judiciary interprets and applies the law and settles disputes. It is headed by the Chief Justice and structured from the Supreme Court down through the Court of Appeal and High Court to the subordinate courts. It operates on the rule of law — no one is above the law — and on natural justice, that a person must be heard before being judged.
