Summary

Climate is the average weather conditions of a place over a long period, usually 30 to 35 years. It is influenced chiefly by latitude, altitude, distance from the sea, ocean currents, winds, aspect and relief. Kenya's climate ranges from modified equatorial at the coast and Lake Victoria basin to desert in the north.
