• Choose a possible track within a pathway at senior school.
• Appreciate the need for choosing a pathway thoughtfully.

Summary

At the end of Grade 9 you will sit the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment and then move to Senior School, where learning is organised into pathways rather than a single common curriculum. Every learner takes a small set of core subjects and then chooses three subjects from one pathway. This sub-strand is therefore not abstract: it concerns a decision you will make within months, and one that shapes which courses and careers remain open afterwards.
