Summary

Kenya's social-cultural diversity — its many communities, languages, and traditions — is part of daily life for every Kenyan. Building healthy self-esteem within that diversity, understanding how emotions affect both yourself and others, and managing peer pressure thoughtfully are interpersonal skills that help someone navigate a diverse society with confidence and respect.
